Ryan Anderson, Vice President

Ryan Anderson brings over 15 years of successful sales marketing and management experience in the Healthcare Industry including four years of clinical experience. In college he worked as a Paramedic/Life Flight EMT and as a Surgery Tech. After college, he began at Canandaigua Wine Co. in 1994, then transitioned to healthcare in 1996 with Confidence Plus, then on to Hudson RCI. Mr. Anderson left Hudson RCI in 2001 for Waterstone Medical to manage both direct and independent sales representatives and set up and maintained a nationwide distribution network. Waterstone was purchased by DeRoyal Industries in November 2002. Mr. Anderson stayed with DeRoyal as a consultant within their Fluid Waste Management Division to help with the transition, train the sales force, and to continue to grow sales. In December of 2003 Mr. Anderson left DeRoyal to form his own healthcare consulting firm, Andersource, Inc. Andersource provided consulting services to small and medium sized medical product manufacturers in the early stages of their life providing advice, direction, and solutions for the healthcare industry. Andersource has assisted its clients in product development, regulatory compliance (FDA approval), sales strategy, market assessment, distribution, among many other essential services. In April of 2005, Mr. Anderson joined Layered Intelligence Corporation to help guide its subsidiary company Monarch Clinical Strategies. Mr. Anderson has a BS in Economics from University of California, Irvine.
